IMPORTS

When we receive the documents of the commodities to be imported from abroad, the entry / import transactions commence under regular conditions. (Normal Declarations or Sousplan/On-vehicle procedures) The transactions which we undertake to carry out in terms of follow up and completion: To execute / have the bill of lading endorsements, if any, made following the receipt of the commodities and documents to be imported from abroad. Receiving Delivery Orders/Stickers from the shipping agencies. Determining the customs tariff statistics positions. Obtaining preliminary permits, if any, of the commodities as required by the relevant legislation. Making declarations and inspecting the commodity after all documents are completed. Notifying/Informing the company if there are shortages/deficiencies, damages or mistakes regarding the commodity. Computing Taxes and Duties subject to the import regime, Blocking Taxes and Duties or depositing cash, depositing Taxes and Duties by way of having their accruals executed. (To perform the actual import.) To ensure that the commodity is shipped to the company's desired location and delivered to the authorities. To settle/resolve provisionally deposited or deferred taxes on the date of importing.

EXPORT

We strive to perform/carry out the daily check-out operations (export) under normal conditions, as we receive them within working hours after issuing the Invoice (in Turkish ), Packing List, and Loading Instruction. The operations which we undertake in terms of overseeing and completion in this process are as follows: To execute/carry out the relevant transactions, to determine the customs tariff statistics positions of the commodities to be sent abroad are the subject of incentives. To register with exporter associations for commodities to be sent abroad. To acquire the permissions within the scope of the procedures and principles in the export regime and/or regulation. To issue and certify the documents that require consular approval in their country including but not limited to ATR-1, EUR-1, Certificate of Origin and Special Origin certificate. Acquiring the documents required for the export of foodstuffs such as DTS control certificate, Health Certificate. Forwarding the loading instructions to the relevant carrier on behalf of your company, to issue a bill of lading and to collect/receive it on your behalf. To execute/carry out customs procedures after all documents are concluded/completed. To close the relevant declaration after the commodities are excluded. To deliver the exporter's copy of the closed Customs Exit Declaration to your company. Facilitating and ensuring that the documents (documents) issued according to the export conditions at the request of your company are given or sent to the Relevant bank, Transporter firm, Recipient firm. To carry out other transactions not mentioned above that are required for the completion of export transactions.
